Our client is the largest Property and Facilities Manager for a commercial cleaning partner that delivers a proven process, customized solutions, and professional cleaning crews with low turnover and complaint-free service

About the Role:

Looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager who possesses excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

· Understand sales techniques, navigate the sales cycle, and negotiate and close deals.

· Articulate the value proposition of company offerings convincingly and tailor approaches to meet client needs.

· Actively listen, empathize, and address client concerns effectively.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

· Follow the Sales Playbook for effective opportunity management and close velocity.

· Set account goals, identify key stakeholders, and develop tailored account strategies.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of sales experience in facility services or adjacent industries

· Existing contacts in similar industry verticals are preferred

· Experience with long, complex sales cycles

· Proven track record of success in attaining $2M+ sales targets

· Consultative and solution-based seller

· Sales hunter, ambitious, self-sufficient, tenacious / Developing and bringing on net new business / Strong negotiation skills

· Located in Minneapolis, MN, Poughkeepsie, NY, or Indianapolis, IN, and can travel daily to visit customers
