Our client is the largest eco-friendly global vertical contract manufacturer, serving partners worldwide with fully-owned factories located in Changzhou, China, and Bac Ninh, Vietnam. With 25 years of experience, our client specializes in professional services related to LED lighting, solar energy, energy storage, e-mobility, and die-casting solutions. Their facilities cover a 50,000-square-meter workshop and include a high-end lighting lab equipped for various tests, such as photometric testing, thermal environment testing, IP/IK rating assessments, electrical testing, and all other related LED testing processes.
About the Role
At a stage of expansion, they are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Understand sales techniques, navigate the sales cycle, and negotiate and close deals.
· Articulate the value proposition of company offerings convincingly and tailor approaches to meet client needs.
· Actively listen, empathize, and address client concerns effectively.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
· Follow Sales Playbook for effective opportunity management and close velocity.
· Set account goals, identify key stakeholders, and develop tailored account strategies.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in the lighting industry
· Strong account management and hunting experience
· Experience managing large portfolios
· Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, strong communicator, outgoing, skilled in relationship building, organized, patient, and eager to excel
· Located in Atlanta, GA
