
Eliot Burdett – Founder and Co-Managing Partner
Eliot Burdett has more than 20 years of experience building and leading technology companies. Prior to launching Peak, he co-founded two software companies, Ventrada Systems, a wireless application developer founded in 2000, and GlobalX, an e-commerce software developer that was acquired by OnX in the late 1990s. From 2001 until 2004, he drove sales as VP Sales for PointShot Wireless, landing deals critical in securing financing. In all of these roles, Eliot has consistently recruited and managed successful sales teams. Eliot received his B. Comm. from Carleton University, and has been honoured as one of Ottawas 40 under 40.

Brent Thomson – Co-Managing Partner
Brent has more than 18 years of sales and sales-leadership experience building and running high-performance teams that consistently won awards and exceeded targets. Before Peak, Brent was vice president of sales for a financial management consulting company, and served with Borland Software as a regional sales manager. He is a founding member of the Sales Leadership Initiative and he regularly coaches tech sales VP’s and CEO’s on the most effective ways to successfully build and operate enterprise sales forces.
Brent’s career has also included success driving sales at Rational Software, Fastlane and EDS Systemhouse.
